Hi, I’m Nicole Brand-the Team Leader of the Nicole Brand Realty Group.
I was born and raised in Cambridge and attended Bishop’s University in Lennoxville, Quebec where I earned a B.B.A. in International Business. My first career began with Intrawest in Mont Tremblant where I got started in Customer Experience and then transitioned into Resort Sales. This began my lifelong passion for sales and extraordinary client service. After 10 years in the Resort Real Estate world working across Canada and the US I decided to come back home to Cambridge and set my roots and begin a new dynamic career in residential real estate; helping families achieve their real estate goals.
My success as a realtor and businesswoman can be attributed to my commitment to constant personal and professional growth and the lifelong relationships I have built with my clients. At this point in my career, my business is primarily repeat and referral clients which is something that I am very proud of. My business philosophy is that professionalism, integrity and being committed to truly understanding my client’s needs is paramount to a successful outcome.
Today, my services include a Home Staging Team, professional photography and videography, social media channels as well as a Luxury Designation with Guild Status, Senior Real Estate Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative & Real Estate Negotiation Expert. Our team’s mission is to always focus on you, the client, and to provide you the best possible experience throughout the entire process, and of course, deliver amazing results!
I now live just outside of Baden in the Wilmot township with my family. We enjoy boating on Georgian Bay in the summer and skiing and snowmobiling in the winter. I am also a real estate investor and love sharing my knowledge and experience to help others build their wealth through real estate.
My service area includes Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph, Wellesley, Wilmot township and the surrounding areas. My Team offers full service to Buyers, Sellers and Investors in all price ranges.
